Tips to Paan Kulfi

  • Once you add the paan to the milk mixture, avoid boiling it. High heat can curdle the milk. Keep it on low heat.
  • After simmering the milk mixture, take it off the heat and allow it to steep for a good 5-10 minutes. This infuses the flavours beautifully.
  • Adjust the amount of Nestlé MILKMAID based on your preference. You can always add more for a sweeter kulfi.
  • Adding food colouring is entirely optional. The natural green hue from the betel leaves can add a subtle touch.
  • Feel free to experiment with the Paan Kulfi recipe. Add chopped nuts, candied fruits, or a hint of rosewater for exciting flavour twists.
  • Freeze the Paan Kulfi for at least 6-8 hours or overnight for best results. Make sure your freezer is set to the coldest temperature to ensure proper setting.
