Ingredients for Thandai Kulfi
- 1 Pack Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 6 tbsp, melted NESTLE a+ Milk
- 100 ML Fresh Cream
For Thandai Masala:
- 5 Peppercorn
- 1 tsp Fennel
- 5 Almonds
- ½ tsp Poppy seeds
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 10 Dry Rose petals
How to make Thandai Kulfi
- Step 1: Bring NESTLE a+ Milk to a boil. Add NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and fresh cream and mix well.
- Step 2: Cook the mixture again on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency.
- Step 3: Make thandai masala by grinding together peppercorn, fennel, almonds, poppy seeds, cardamom powder and rose petals to a smooth powder.
- Step 4: Add 1 tsp of the prepared thandai powder to the milk mixture and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool. Transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight
- Step 5: Once set, demould the kulfi’s and serve.
