Tips to Make Fruit Custard Recipe
- For the best flavour and texture in your Fruit Custard, opt for fresh, ripe fruits like apples, bananas, grapes, and berries. Avoid watery fruits, such as watermelon, since they can make the Fruit Custard too runny.
- Refrigerate the Fruit Custard for at least an hour before serving to let the flavours blend and achieve a smooth texture.
- To keep the fruits fresh and crunchy, add them to the custard just before serving, which will prevent excess moisture from making it soggy.
- Adjust the amount of Nestlé MILKMAID in your Fruit Custard recipe based on the sweetness of the fruits to match your taste.
- For added texture and richness, sprinkle chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios, or raisins on top of the Fruit Custard.
