Ingredients for Gulkand Kulfi

  • 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
  • 1 L Nestlé A+ Milk
  • 100 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp, chopped Gulkand

How to make Gulkand Kulfi

  • Step 1: Bring NESTLE a+ Milk to a boil. Add NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and fresh cream and mix well.
  • Step 2: Cook the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency.
  • Step 3: Allow the mixture to cool. Add gulkand and mix well. Transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
  • Step 4: Once set, demould the kulfi’s and serve.
