Chocolate Modak Recipe

Ingredients for Chocolate Modak

1/2 tin (200 gm)
NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ tbsp
Ghee
1 cup (150ml)
NESTLÉ a plus Nourish milk
1 tbsp
Vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp
Cocoa Powder
1 tsp
Corn Flour

How to make Chocolate Modak

  • Heat Ghee in a pan, add MILKMAID and Milk, cook on low fire stirring continuously till it boils
  • Add vinegar and continue heating and allow the mixture to separate slighlty. Make a paste of cocoa and corn flour in a little water and pour into the mixture
  • Continue cooking on medium heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from fire and onto a plate, when slightly cool shape into modaks
