Coconut Mice Recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Mice
- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 200g (3 ½ cups) Desiccated Coconut Powder
- 100g (1-1/4 cups) Icing Sugar
- 10-15 Silver Balls for eyes
- 4-5 Glazed Cherries cut into small pieces for noses
- 8-10 Almonds cut into slivers for ears
- A few strands of uncooked noodles for the tail
How to make Coconut Mice
- Step 1: Keep aside 1/2 cup desiccated coconut powder for coating.
- Step 2: Mix together Nestlé MILKMAID, remaining desiccated coconut powder and icing sugar to get soft dough.
- Step 3: Take a small quantity of dough, the size of a lemon and form into an elongated mouse shape. Coat with the desiccated coconut powder.
- Step 4: Use silver balls for eyes, glazed cherry pieces for nose and almond slivers for ears and noodle strands for tail.
- Step 5: Leave in a cool place.
Suggestion: Serve on green coloured desiccated coconut powder.
