Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Chocolate Fudge Cake
For chocolate cake:
- ½ tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- ½ cup NESTLÉ a+ Toned Milk
- 100 g Nestlé a+ Dahi
- 100g Maida
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
For fudge icing:
- ¼ tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 50 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
How to make Chocolate Fudge Cake
- Step 1: Grease and dust an 8-inch baking tin and preheat oven to 180° C. Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking soda.
- Step 2: Beat butter and dahi until light and creamy. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and blend. Fold in the sieved ingredients, alternating with milk and pour into greased tin.
- Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin for 5 minutes and remove onto a wire rack.
- Step 4: For chocolate icing, heat all the all icing ingredients together till it leaves the sides of the pan. Glaze cake and serve when cool!
