Ingredients for Choco Nutty Gujiya

For Dough:

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • as required Water

For Stuffing:

  • 1/2 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Semolina
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

How to make Choco Nutty Gujiya

  • For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead a tight dough. Then roll into balls.
  • For the stuffing, add Ghee & Semolina in pan and roast on low flame till semolina turns light golden. Then add MILKMAID, desiccated Coconut, chopped nuts and cocoa powder. Cook till the mixture combines well.
  • Roll a ball into a small thin chapati. Keep the stuffing on it and close the gujiya with a fork. Deep fry on medium flame. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top or coat with melted chocolate & enjoy!
