Nutty Log Recipe

Ingredients for Nutty Log
- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 cups Crushed Cashew nuts
- 150 gms Crushed Biscuits
How to make Nutty Log
- Step 1: In a bowl, beat the butter and Nestlé MILKMAID. Add vanilla essence and a cup of crushed cashew nuts. Mix in the crushed biscuits, little by little until it forms a smooth dough.
- Step 2: Make three logs from the dough and roll each of them over the rest of crushed cashew nuts. Place them on a flat plate so that the logs are coated with cashew nuts.
- Step 3: Wrap them in a sheet of cling film or aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Step 4: Unwrap log, slice and serve!
