- 1/2 tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
- 1 Coconut
- 4 cups Hot Water
How to make Coconut Sorbet
- Grate coconut. Add hot water and soak for 15 minutes. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.
- Combine Nestlé MILKMAID with coconut milk and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into freezing trays and freeze until set. Cut into cubes and serve frozen.
