Ingredients for Coconut Sorbet

1/2 tin (200 gm)
NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

Coconut
4 cups
Water

How to make Coconut Sorbet

  • Grate coconut. Add 4 cups of hot water and keep for 15 mins. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.
  • Combine NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk with coconut milk and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into freezing trays and freeze till set. Cut into cubes and serve frozen.
