  • 1/2 tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 Coconut
  • 4 cups Hot Water

How to make Coconut Sorbet

  • Grate coconut. Add hot water and soak for 15 minutes. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.
  • Combine Nestlé MILKMAID with coconut milk and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into freezing trays and freeze until set. Cut into cubes and serve frozen.
