Eggless Banana Cake Recipe

How to make Eggless Banana Cake
- Preheat the oven to 180℃. Grease a cake pan and dust with flour and keep aside. Beat together butter and MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk till creamy, add the curd and whisk well.
- Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda well. Fold the maida in to the MILKMAID – curd mixture and add the mashed bananas and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and mix.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, till tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes and remove on to a serving dish. Slice and serve.
