- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 1 cup Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
- 1½ cup Plain Oats
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
How to make Oats Modak
- Step 1: Roast plain oats with some butter on a medium to low flame until they become slightly brown. Once cool, blend them to a fine powder in a blender.
- Step 2: In a pan, combine Nestlé MILKMAID and milk, and cook on a low flame. Stir continuously until it boils. Add the grinded oats powder and butter. Continue cooking on a medium flame until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from flame and add cardamom powder.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture onto a plate and let it cool lightly. Shape the mixture into modaks and serve!
