Ingredients for Kesar Badam Kulfi

  • 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
  • 1 L Nestlé A+ Milk
  • 100 ML Fresh Cream
  • 10 – 12 strands soaked on 1 tbsp warm water Saffron
  • 3 Tbsp, Chopped Almonds

How to make Kesar Badam Kulfi

  • Step 1: Bring NESTLE a+ Milk to a boil. Add NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and fresh cream, saffron milk and mix well.
  • Step 2: Cook the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency. Add chopped almonds and mix well.
  • Step 3: Allow the mixture to cool. Mix again and transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
  • Step 4: Once set, demould the kulfi’s and serve.
