Ingredients for Kesar Badam Kulfi
- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 1 L Nestlé A+ Milk
- 100 ML Fresh Cream
- 10 – 12 strands soaked on 1 tbsp warm water Saffron
- 3 Tbsp, Chopped Almonds
How to make Kesar Badam Kulfi
- Step 1: Bring NESTLE a+ Milk to a boil. Add NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and fresh cream, saffron milk and mix well.
- Step 2: Cook the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency. Add chopped almonds and mix well.
- Step 3: Allow the mixture to cool. Mix again and transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
- Step 4: Once set, demould the kulfi’s and serve.
