Ingredients for Channar Puli
- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 1 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Ghee
- 250 gms Paneer
- 6-7 tbsp Maida (Flour)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil for frying
For Syrup
- 1½ cups Sugar
- 2 cups Water
How to make Channar Puli
- Step 1: Knead Nestlé MILKMAID, paneer, maida and baking powder with ghee to a smooth dough. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
- Step 2: Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll out paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Step 3: Soak in syrup and serve hot.
