Cook all the filling ingredients on the flame until thick.
Pour ghee and water into maida and knead a pliable dough. Take small portions of the dough and form balls. Add filling inside the balls and shape it into gujiya with the help of a fork, sealing it with a little water. Deep fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Heat chocolate sauce ingredients together until they leave the sides of the pan. Glaze the gujiyas with sauce and serve.
