Thandai Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tin (200g)
    NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 10
    Soaked and peeled Badam for thandai paste
  • 6
    Pepper for thandai paste
  • 1 tsp
    Cardamom powder for thandai paste
  • 2 tsp
    Fennel for thandai paste
  • 1 tsp
    Khus Essence for thandai paste
  • 2 cups
    Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp
    Gelatine
  • 2 cups
    NESTLÉ a plus Nourish milk

  •  Grind together thandai paste ingredients.  Boil milk, add MILKMAID & thandai paste. Pour mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  •  Mix gelatin in a little milk and add it in the mixture. Add whipped cream to it & mix well.
  •  Pour into glass. Refrigerate for 3 hours & garnish with nuts
