Ingredients for Thandai Mousse buynow

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID

- NESTLÉ a plus Nourish milk

- Gelatine

- Whipped Cream

- Khus Essence for thandai paste

- Fennel for thandai paste

- Cardamom powder for thandai paste

- Pepper for thandai paste

- Soaked and peeled Badam for thandai paste

How to make Thandai Mousse

  1. Grind together thandai paste ingredients.  Boil milk, add MILKMAID & thandhai paste. Pour mixture in a bowl and refridgerate for 30 mins.
  2. Mix gelatin in a little milk and add it in the mixture. Add whipped cream to it & mix well.
  3. Pour into glass. Refrigerate for 3 hours & garnish with nuts
