Malai Laddu Recipe

  • 1/2 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 250 gmsPaneer
  • 2-3 dropsKewra Essence
  • 2 tspElaichi (Cardamom) Powder
  • 5-8 strands Saffron(soaked)

How to make Malai Laddu

  • Mash paneer with hands till smooth and creamy. In a kadhai, mix paneer and MILKMAID well and cook on a slow flame, stirring constantly.
  • Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadhai, remove from flame and add colour and essence. Mix well and pour this malai on a plate.
  • Allow the malai to cool. Make laddus of the malai, sprinkle elaichi powder on each laddu and serve decorated with silver leaf.

Note: If the mixture gets too dry and is grainy/ difficult to shape into smooth ladoos, grind the mixture in a mixie to make it into soft & smooth dough.
