Step 1: For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead a tight dough. Then roll into balls.
Step 2: For the stuffing, add Ghee & Semolina in pan and roast on low flame till semolina turns light golden. Then add Nestlé MILKMAID, desiccated Coconut, chopped nuts and cocoa powder. Cook till the mixture combines well.
Step 3: Roll a ball into a small thin chapati. Keep the stuffing on it and close the gujiya with a fork. Deep fry on medium flame. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top or coat with melted chocolate & enjoy!
