For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead a tight dough. Then roll into balls.
For the stuffing, add Ghee & Semolina in pan and roast on low flame till semolina turns light golden. Then add MILKMAID, desiccated Coconut, chopped nuts and cocoa powder. Cook till the mixture combines well.
Roll a ball into a small thin chapati. Keep the stuffing on it and close the gujiya with a fork. Deep fry on medium flame. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top or coat with melted chocolate & enjoy!
