Ingredients
- ½ tin (200gm)Nestlé MILKMAID
- 2 tspNestlé EveryDay Shahi Ghee
- 10-12 Cashew Nuts
- 10-12 Raisins
- 1 litre Milk
- 1 tbspCocoa Powder
- 1/3 cupRoasted Semiyan
- ½ tspElaichi Powder
How to make Choco Nutty Payasam
- Roast cashews & raisins with ghee till light golden and keep aside.
- Boil milk in a saucepan. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and cocoa powder. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Then add in the roasted semiyan and elaichi powder. Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
- Turn off the flame. Add in the roasted nuts & enjoy!
