For layer 1, add ½ cup ghee and besan in a pan. Roast on low flame till the mixture becomes aromatic.
Add the rest 4 tbsp of ghee & keep cooking till the mixture becomes runny. Once done, add Milkmaid. Keep cooking till the mixture thickens.
Line a tray with parchment paper and apply lots of chopped nuts on it. Transfer the mixture on it and let it sit for around an hour in the refrigerator.
For layer 2, add ½ cup ghee and besan in a pan. Roast on low flame till the mixture becomes aromatic.
Add the rest 4 tbsp of ghee & keep cooking till the mixture becomes runny. Once done, add Milkmaid & cocoa powder. Cook till the mixture thickens a bit and transfer it onto the refrigerated first layer.
