Dry Fruit Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50 gMAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • 50 gCashewnuts
  • 50 gAlmonds
  • 50 gPistachios
  • 25 gWalnuts
  • 125 gSeedless Dates
  • 50 mlWater

How to make Dry Fruit Ladoo

  • Step 1: Dry roast the cashew, almonds and walnuts in a pan slightly for 2 min. Grind it to a coarse mixture and keep aside.
  • Step 2: Grind the dates with water to make a smooth paste. Cook it on a low flame till slightly brown. Mix in MAGGI Coconut Milk powder and cool.
  • Step 3: To the dates, add the dry fruit mixture, mix well and shape it into lemon sized ladoos and serve.
