1/2 tin
Nestlé MILKMAID
4 cups
Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
4
Bananas
1 tsp
Butter
3 tbsp
Sugar
Few strands
Saffron
To Garnish
Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios & Cashews)
How to make Caramel Kheer
Step 1:
Add sugar and butter in a pan and let it caramelize. Once it turns light golden, add purée of 4 bananas and mix well.
Step 2:
Add milk and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Now add saffron strands and Nestlé MILKMAID. Continue to cook till it thickens well.
Step 3:
Once the caramel payasam thickens, serve it with nuts on top & enjoy!
