Step 1: Dry roast the besan in a pan till light brown. Keep aside.
Step 2: Cook the mango pulp and Nestlé MILKMAID together in a thick bottom pan, adding the roasted besan slowly. Mix well to avoid lumps. Continue cooking.
Step 3: Add ghee and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Step 4: Add the cashew nut and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Step 5: Remove from heat and transfer the mixture into a greased shallow pan. Smoothen the surface and allow to cool.
