About Our Recipe

If you're a fan of mangoes and love traditional Indian desserts, this mango kheer recipe is the perfect blend of both worlds. A modern take on classic rice kheer, this version skips the rice and lets the fresh mango pulp shine through, giving you a creamy, fruity dessert with a velvety texture and a luxurious tropical flavour.

We have created this recipe using the finest ingredients, including Nestlé MILKMAID, which adds a rich, milky sweetness, and Nestlé a+ Toned Milk to provide a luscious base. The inclusion of corn flour helps thicken the kheer naturally without overpowering the delicate mango flavour. A hint of cardamom powder adds an aromatic note that balances the sweetness beautifully.

What sets this mango kheer with mango pulp apart is the addition of ghee-roasted cashews and raisins, which bring a nutty, caramelised crunch to each spoonful. These garnishes not only enhance the taste but also add a festive touch, making this kheer a perfect choice for special occasions like Holi, Raksha Bandhan, or summer celebrations.

This mango kheer is incredibly versatile. You can serve it warm for a comforting treat or chill it for a refreshing summer dessert. Whether you're new to Indian sweets or looking for a unique dessert to wow your guests, learning our step-by-step recipe will help you create a memorable dish that's full of colour, flavour, and joy.
