Mawa Modak Recipe

This traditional Mawa Modak has a mesmerizing color and rich, delicious taste!

  • ½ tin (200g)
    NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup
    Rice Flour
  • ¼ tsp
    Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup
  • 1 cup

  • Cook MILKMAID and Milk in a pan on low fire. Stir continuously till it boils
  • Add rice flour and butter. Continue cooking on medium heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan
  • Add cardamom. Remove from fire and onto a plate, when slightly cool shape into modaks.
