How to make Channar Puli
Knead Nestlé MILKMAID, paneer, maida and baking powder with ghee to a smooth dough. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll out paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
