  • 1/2 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 tbspNestlé Everyday Ghee
  • 250 gmsPaneer
  • 6-7 tbspMaida (Flour)
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • Oil for frying

For Syrup

  • 1½ cupsSugar
  • 2 cupsWater

How to make Channar Puli

  • Step 1: Knead Nestlé MILKMAID, paneer, maida and baking powder with ghee to a smooth dough. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  • Step 2: Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll out paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Step 3: Soak in syrup and serve hot.
