Chocolate Mysore Pak Recipe


  • 1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1/2 cupNestlé EveryDay Ghee
  • 2 cupsBesan
  • 1/4 cupCocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tspCardamom Powder

How to make Chocolate Mysore Pak

  • Step 1: Roast the ghee and besan in a pan over low heat until it changes color and turns aromatic. Make sure no lumps are formed while roasting.
  • Step 2: Add cocoa powder and Nestlé MILKMAID and cook the mixture till it starts leaving the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.
  • Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a rectangular tray lined with butter paper (or brush the tray with some oil). Let it rest for 2 hours. Cut it into pieces once it sets completely.
