Roast ghee and besan in a pan on low flame till it changes in color and turns aromatic. Make sure no lumps are formed while roasting.
Add cocoa powder and Nestlé MILKMAID and cook the mixture till it starts leaving the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.
Transfer the mixture into a rectangular tray lined with butter paper (or brush the tray with some oil). Let it rest for 2 hours. Cut it into pieces once it sets completely.
