Caramel Kheer Recipe

Ingredients for Caramel Kheer

  • 1/2 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 4 cups Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Few strands Saffron

To Garnish

  • Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios & Cashews)

How to make Caramel Kheer

  • Step 1: Add sugar and butter in a pan and let it caramelize. Once it turns light golden, add purée of 4 bananas and mix well.
  • Step 2: Add milk and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Now add saffron strands and Nestlé MILKMAID. Continue to cook till it thickens well. 
  • Step 3: Once the caramel payasam thickens, serve it with nuts on top & enjoy!
