Ingredients for Pumpkin Halwa
- 3/4 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 1 cup Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
- 1/2 cup Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
- 5 Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 6 Chopped Pistachios
- 8 Chopped Almonds
- 800 gms Finely Grated Pumpkin (Kaddu)
- 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
How to make Pumpkin Halwa
- Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan/karahi and add the chopped cashew nuts, pistachio, and almonds. When they turn light brown, add the grated pumpkin and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add milk and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Mash well and cook till almost dry. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut and stir well.
