Coconut Ice cream Recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Ice cream
- ½ Tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 75 g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 150 ml Warm water
- 200 ml Whipping cream (Dairy based)
- 5 tbsp, grated Fresh Coconut
How to make Coconut Ice cream
- Step 1: Mix MAGGI Coconut Milk powder with 1 cup of warm water. Ensure there are no lumps. Keep aside.
- Step 2: Whip the cream till one peak stage. It must be very light and fluffy. Keep it in refrigerator for 15 min.
- Step 3: In a bowl mix together MAGGI Coconut milk and NESTLE Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk. Fold in the whipped cream gently. Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Step 4: Freeze it in an airtight container till half set.
- Step 5: Once half set, blend it once again and freeze till set.
