1 tin (400g)
NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
1-2/3 cups (250 ml)
How to make Pineapple Souffle
- Whip the cream over ice till light and fluffy and keep chilled. Soak gelatin in ½ cup warm water and dissolve over a pan of hot water.
- Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, milk, chopped pineapple and lemon juice to dissolved gelatin and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream (save 2 tbsp for garnishing) into the MILKMAID - pineapple mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a wet soufflé dish and chill. When set decorate with whipped cream and cherries and serve chilled.
