Ingredients for Irani Dessert
- 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 2 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Ghee
- 1 cup Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
- 4 Cardamom
- 200 gms Roasted Vermicelli
- 3 tbsp Pistachio
- 3 tbsp Almonds
How to make Irani Dessert
- Step 1: Heat a pan, add ghee and then add cardamoms.
- Step 2: Crush vermicelli, add it to the pan, and roast it till turns golden brown.
- Step 3: Add the chopped almonds and pistachios and fry for a minute.
- Step 4: Add Nestlé MILKMAID and mix it well.
- Step 5: Now add milk and cook until the milk gets absorbed.
- Step 6: Pour it into a tin and let it cool down for 30 minutes.
- Step 7: Cut into pieces and freeze it overnight or for at least for 5-6 hours. Serve it chilled.
