Ingredients for Channar Puli buynow

- Sugar (For Syrup)

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

- Water (For Syrup)

- NESTLÉ Ghee

- Maida

- Baking Powder

- Paneer

How to make Channar Puli

  1. Knead together NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ Ghee, paneer, maida and baking powder to a smooth dough.
  2. Heat together sugar and water to get thin sugar syrup.
  3. Heat NESTLÉ Ghee in a kadai, roll  paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
  4. Soak in syrup and serve hot.
