- ½ tin (200 gms)Nestlé MILKMAID
- 1 tbspNestlé Everyday Ghee
- 250 gmsPaneer
- 6-7 tbspMaida (Flour)
- 1/2 tspBaking Powder
- • Oil for frying
For Syrup
- 1 ½ cupsSugar
- 2 cupsWater
How to make Channar Puli
- Knead Nestlé MILKMAID, paneer, maida and baking powder with ghee to a smooth dough. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll out paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Soak in syrup and serve hot.
