Caramel Banana Basundi Recipe


  • 1/2 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 4 cupsNestlé a+ Toned Milk
  • 4Bananas
  • 1 tspButter
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • Few strandsSaffron

To Garnish

  • Nuts (almonds, pistachios & cashews)

How to make Caramel Banana Basundi

  • Step 1 Add sugar and butter in a pan and let it caramelize. Once it turns light golden, add purée of 4 bananas and mix well.
  • Step 2 Add milk and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Now add saffron strands and Nestlé MILKMAID. Continue to cook till it thickens well. 
  • Step 3 Once the caramel banana basundi thickens, serve it with nuts on top & enjoy!
