Ingredients for Tender Coconut Millet Pongal
- ½ Tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- ½ Cup Foxtail Millet
- ¼ Cup Moong Dal
- 1 and ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Tender Coconut Water
- ½ Cup Chopped Tender Coconut Pieces
- ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
- As Required Ghee
- 8-10 Cashews Nuts
- 8-10 Raisins
- Pinch of Salt
How to make Tender Coconut Millet Pongal
- Step 1: Wash and soak foxtail millet and moong dal for 15 mins.
- Step 2: To a pressure cooker add soaked millet and dal, coconut water, milk, salt and cook for 5 whistles.
- Step 3: Open after the pressure is released and then add Nestlé MILKMAID along with tender coconut pieces, roasted nuts, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
