Ingredients for Chocolate Pudding

  • ¾ Tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 100 g Crushed Biscuits
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 200 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Curls
  • 5 – 6 Cherries
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate

How to make Chocolate Pudding

  • Step 1: To make the biscuit layer mix 100 g of crushed biscuits and 50 g of melted butter with a pinch of salt.
  • Step 2: To make creamy chocolate layer heat 200 g of dark chocolate, 100 g butter & add 3/4 cup Nestle milkmaid. Once the chocolate is melted, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  • Step 3: In a bowl take 200 g of cream cheese, whisk it till smooth. Add the melted and cooled chocolate mixture to the cream cheese layer & add vanilla essence.
  • Step 4: Pour this over the biscuit base.
  • Step 5: Decorate the pudding with chocolate curls and cherries. Chill this dessert till it is set.
