Ingredients for Chocolate Mysore Pak
- 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 1/2 cup Nestlé EveryDay Ghee
- 2 cups Besan
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
How to make Chocolate Mysore Pak
- Step 1: Roast the ghee and besan in a pan over low heat until it changes color and turns aromatic. Make sure no lumps are formed while roasting.
- Step 2: Add cocoa powder and Nestlé MILKMAID and cook the mixture till it starts leaving the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a rectangular tray lined with butter paper (or brush the tray with some oil). Let it rest for 2 hours. Cut it into pieces once it sets completely.
