Choco Vanilla Layered Blancmange Recipe

Ingredients for Choco Vanilla Layered Blancmange
- 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 3 cups Water
- 8 tbsp Corn Flour
- 40 gms Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence

How to make Choco Vanilla Layered Blancmange
- Mix Nestlé MILKMAID with water and blend well. Divide this mixture into two halves.
For Vanilla layer:
- Mix 4 tbsp corn flour with little water to more a paste. Bring half of the diluted MILKMAID mixture, prepared in step 1 to boil, add the corn flour mixture and cook on a low flame, till thick. Keep stirring all the time.
- Remove from flame and add vanilla essence. Divide the mixture into 4 stemmed glasses and allow to set in the fridge.
For Chocolate layer:
- Blend remaining 4 tbsp corn flour with little water to more a paste. Bring the remaining diluted MILKMAID mixture to boil, add the corn flour mixture and cook on a low flame, till thick, stirring all the time. Remove from flame
- Break the dark chocolate into bits, add to this hot milk and stir until the sauce is smooth and chocolate is melted.
- Cool the mixture and spoon into the glasses over the Vanilla layer. Smoothen the top and set in the fridge.
Garnishing suggestion: Sprinkle white and chocolate curls over and serve
