Ingredients for Mango Barfi (Burfi)
- 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 2 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
- 1 cup (100 g) Besan
- 3 cups Mango Pulp
- 10 Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
How to make Mango Barfi (Burfi)
- Step 1: Dry roast the besan in a pan till light brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2: Cook the mango pulp and Nestlé MILKMAID together in a thick bottom pan, adding the roasted besan slowly. Mix well to avoid lumps. Continue cooking.
- Step 3: Add ghee and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Step 4: Add the cashew nut and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and transfer the mixture into a greased shallow pan. Smoothen the surface and allow to cool.
- Step 6: Cut into desired shape and serve.
