Ingredients for Mango Payasam
- 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Min
- ¼ Cup Rice
- 3 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Mango Puree
How to make Mango Payasam
- Step 1: Wash and soak the rice for 10 mins.
- Step 2: Add milk in a pan and let it boil once. Then add the soaked rice and cook on low to medium flame till the rice is cooked properly.
- Step 3: Add Nestlé Milkmaid and mix really well. Simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes so that the mixture thickens. Keep stirring in between.
- Step 4: Once it thickens, mash the rice with a masher or a spatula.
- Step 5: Take it off the heat, and let it cool down a bit.
- Step 6: Lastly, add mango puree and mix well. Mango Payasam is ready.
- Step 7: Garnish with more mango chunks and enjoy!
You can also add some chopped nuts if you like.
