Ingredients for Mango Payasam

  • 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Min
  • ¼ Cup Rice
  • 3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Mango Puree

How to make Mango Payasam

  • Step 1: Wash and soak the rice for 10 mins.
  • Step 2: Add milk in a pan and let it boil once. Then add the soaked rice and cook on low to medium flame till the rice is cooked properly.
  • Step 3: Add Nestlé Milkmaid and mix really well. Simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes so that the mixture thickens. Keep stirring in between.
  • Step 4: Once it thickens, mash the rice with a masher or a spatula.
  • Step 5: Take it off the heat, and let it cool down a bit.
  • Step 6: Lastly, add mango puree and mix well. Mango Payasam is ready.
  • Step 7: Garnish with more mango chunks and enjoy!

You can also add some chopped nuts if you like.
