For Tres Leches mixture (Rich Milk mixture) :
1 cupNestlé a+ Nourish Milk
1/2 tspVanilla Flavour
3 tbspFresh Cream
For Frosting:
4 tbspNestlé MILKMAID
1 cupHung Curd

How to make Thandai Milk Cake
Blend all the ingredients for thandai masala and keep aside. For cake batter, add Nestle MILKMAID, dahi, vanilla flavour and oil. Whisk to make a smooth & creamy mixture. Add the remaining dry ingredients & thandai masala and mix well to make cake batter
Pour the batter into a 8x8 inches lined pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. For the rich milk mixture, mix the ingredients together. Prick the cake with a fork & pour the rich milk mixture. Then refrigerate the cake for an hour.
For Frosting, whisk all the ingredients till creamy. Apply the frosting on the cake. Sprinkle some Thandai Masala on top. Slice & enjoy!
