Step 1: Blend all the ingredients for thandai masala and keep aside. For cake batter, add Nestle MILKMAID, dahi, vanilla flavour, and oil. Whisk to make a smooth & creamy mixture. Add the remaining dry ingredients & thandai masala and mix well to make cake batter.
Step 2: Pour the batter into a 8x8 inches lined pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. For the rich milk mixture, mix the ingredients together. Prick the cake with a fork & pour the rich milk mixture. Then refrigerate the cake for an hour.
Step 3: For Frosting, whisk all the ingredients till creamy. Apply the frosting on the cake. Sprinkle some Thandai Masala on top. Slice & enjoy!
