Ingredients

For Thandai Masala

  • 1/8 cupAlmonds
  • 1/8 cupCashews
  • 1/8 cupPistachios
  • 1 tbspFennel Seeds
  • 5-6Cardamom
  • 6-8Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tbspPoppy Seeds
  • 1/2 tspCardamom Powder
  • 2 tbspRose Petals

For Cake batter

  • 1Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
  • 1/2 cupNestlé a+ Nourish Dahi (Curd)
  • 1.5 cupsAll-purpose Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspVanilla Flavour
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 4 tbspThandai Masala

For Tres Leches mixture (Rich Milk mixture) :

  • 4 tbspNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 cupNestlé a+ Toned Milk
  • 1/2 tspVanilla Flavour
  • 3 tbspFresh Cream

For Frosting:

  • 1 cupHung Curd
  • 1/2 tspVanilla Flavour

How to make Thandai Milk Cake

  • Step 1: Blend all the ingredients for thandai masala and keep aside. For cake batter, add Nestle MILKMAID, dahi, vanilla flavour, and oil. Whisk to make a smooth & creamy mixture. Add the remaining dry ingredients & thandai masala and mix well to make cake batter.
  • Step 2: Pour the batter into a 8x8 inches lined pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. For the rich milk mixture, mix the ingredients together. Prick the cake with a fork & pour the rich milk mixture. Then refrigerate the cake for an hour.
  • Step 3: For Frosting, whisk all the ingredients till creamy. Apply the frosting on the cake. Sprinkle some Thandai Masala on top. Slice & enjoy!
