Ingredients for Date Bake buynow

- Water

- Powdered Sugar

- Eggs

- Maida

- Salt

- Baking Powder

- Vanilla Essence

- Chopped dates

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID

- Baking soda

- Butter

How to make Date Bake

  1. Sieve flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and keep aside. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla essence till the mixture becomes creamy. Mix both the flour and egg mixture together.
  2. Meanwhile, make the date-milkmaid syrup by heating MILKMAID, dates and water in a pan till it boils. Now make the batter by mixing the date-milkmaid syrup into the flour mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 1800C for 45 mins or till the cake is done. Remove from oven, cool for a while. Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
