Ingredients for Coffee Pannacotta buynow

- Dahi (Curd)

- China Grass (Agar Agar)

- Fresh Cream

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

- Nescafe Coffee Powder

- NESTLÉ a plus Nourish milk

- Hot Water

- Chopped Walnut

How to make Coffee Pannacotta

  1. Mix Nescafe coffee powder with hot water.
  2. Combine NESTLÉ a+ nourish milk, NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, Coffee and cream in a thick bottom pan. Cook on medium flame till boiling, stirring continuously.
  3. Shred the china grass in milk and heat till dissolved. Stir into the above hot cream mixture and mix till well blended.
  4. Strain into a jelly mould, cool and place in the refrigerator to chill. When set, invert onto a serving plate, decorate with chopped walnuts and serve.
