Ingredients for Coffee Pannacotta buynow

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

- Coffee Powder

- Milk

- Fresh Cream

- Water

- China Grass (Agar Agar)

- Dahi (Curd)

- Walnut Chopped

How to make Coffee Pannacotta

  1. Pour dahi into a muslin cloth and place on a strainer to remove the whey, strain for ½ hour.  Mix coffee powder in 2 tbsp hot water.
  2. Combine together the hung dahi, coffee , NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream in a saucepan and cook over low heat till almost boiling , stirring continuously. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  3. Shred the china grass into the milk and heat till dissolved, stir into the above hot cream mixture. Strain into a greased jelly mould/ individual moulds & chill in the refrigerator. When set, invert onto a serving dish and serve garnished with walnuts.
