Ingredients for Pineapple Souffle buynow

- Fresh Cream

- Lime Juice

- Pineapple chopped

- Warm Water

- Gelatine

- Milk

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

How to make Pineapple Souffle

  1. Whip the cream over ice till light and fluffy and keep chilled. Soak gelatin in ½ cup warm water and dissolve over a pan of hot water.
  2. Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, milk, chopped pineapple and lemon juice to dissolved gelatin and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream (save 2 tbsp for garnishing) into the MILKMAID - pineapple mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a wet soufflé dish and chill. When set decorate with whipped cream and cherries and serve chilled.
