For chocolate cake:

  • ½ tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • ½ cupNESTLÉ a+ Toned Milk
  • 100 gNestlé a+ Dahi
  • 100gMaida
  • 50 gCocoa Powder
  • 1 tspBaking Soda

For fudge icing:

  • ¼ tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 50 gButter
  • 4 tbspCocoa Powder

How to make Chocolate Fudge Cake

  • Step 1: Grease and dust an 8-inch baking tin and preheat oven to 180° C. Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking soda.
  • Step 2: Beat butter and dahi until light and creamy. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and blend. Fold in the sieved ingredients, alternating with milk and pour into greased tin.
  • Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin for 5 minutes and remove onto a wire rack.
  • Step 4: For chocolate icing, heat all the all icing ingredients together till it leaves the sides of the pan. Glaze cake and serve when cool!
