Thandai Ice cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ tin (200gms)MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3Peppercorns
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 5Almonds
  • ½ tspPoppy Seeds
  • ½ tspCardamom Powder
  • A few standsSaffron
  • 200 mlFresh Cream
  • 8-10Rose petals

How to make Thandai Ice cream

  • To make thandai powder coarsely grind together peppercorns, fennel seeds, almonds, poppy seeds, cardamom powder and saffron.
  • Whip cream add MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, thandai powder and rose petals. Mix well.
  • Pour into an airtight container and freeze till set.
