Watermelon Sorbet Recipe

This incredibly refreshing dessert is perfect for beating the heat and so easy to make, no ice-cream maker needed for this!
  • Servings - 8
  • Preparation - 15 minutes
  • Chilling - 2 hours


  • 1/2 tin (200 gms)
    Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1/2 kg

  • Remove seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small pieces. Blend the watermelon pieces and Nestlé MILKMAID until smooth.
  • Pour the above mixture into ice trays and let them set in the freezer.
  • Arrange the frozen watermelon sorbet cubes in a dish and serve immediately.
