Ingredients for Chai Cheesecake

  • 1 Tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • ½ cup, melted Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
  • 18, crushed Low Sugar Biscuits
  • ¾ cup Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Tea
  • 1½ cup Cream Cheese
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour

How to make Chai Cheesecake

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Step 2: Crush the biscuits finely, add NESTLÉ Everyday Shahi Ghee and mix well. Press this into a greased shallow glass dish or a loose bottom pie dish and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3: For tea cream, mix tea and fresh cream in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Strain and cool.
  • Step 4: Blend NESTLÉ MILKMAID, Cream Cheese, tea cream, cardamom powder and corn flour together in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 5: Top the mixture on the biscuit layer and bake it for 50 minutes at 160°C in water bath.
  • Step 6: Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
