Banofee Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 TinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 cupWhipping Cream
  • 20, low sugarBiscuits
  • ½ cup, meltedButter
  • 3, slicedBanana
  • 2 tbspChocolate shaves

How to make Banofee Pudding

  • Step 1: Whip the cream till light. Keep it refrigerated till further use.
  • Step 2: Place NESTLÉ MILKMAID can in a small pressure cooker. Pour water up to ¾th height of the can. Pressure cook on high flame till first whistle on a small burner and then continue to cook on the lowest flame for one hour. Let the pressure cooker stand till it is cooled completely and then open.
  • Step 3: Transfer the contents of the NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk can to a bowl. Mix biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.

To Assemble

  • Step 2: Place a layer of the biscuit mixture, top it with banana slices, followed by a layer of dulce de leche. Repeat this layering process once again.
  • Step 3: Once all the layers are assembled, top it with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
